Are all the "mamalos" cables airproof?
Yes they are. Particularly the silver and the carbon nanotubes series.
To achieve that we use our patented Cables airproof mode.By applying this mode we can keep oxygen off the silver, throughout the cable's life, preventing oxidation and sonic degradation. How durable are the "mamalos" cables?
Using our patented Elastic hanging mechanism our cables preserve the original factory characteristics for a longer period of time and they offer a remarkable stability in several sonic volumes.
Are your cables cool?
Yes they are very cool, same as "cool" indeed. To be precise, by using our patented Natural Flow Cooling System we stabilize the operation temperature level of our cables lower than a conventional cable, offering a significant diminution in signal loss.
Moreover, by keeping the temperature quite low we avoid corrosion further as well as any chemical activity, achieving a time-lasting stable cable.
Do you elaborate your cables after manufacturing?
We use our cables demagnetizing method neutralizing all metal and non-metal parts on them in a three-stage procedure so that sonically their signal eventually acquires a quality of greater power, dynamics, and resolution. This total solution of our demagnetizing method ensures that our cables will be neutral and really "new" when connected to your system.
What about the "pastra" advanced antistatic cleaner?
Pastra advanced antistatic cleaner is suitable to clean both external covers and connectors of all our cables. Therefore, it can be used to clean all plugs and sockets in your system. Moreover pastra also works as an excellent CD/DVD-Player Laser-Lens Cleaner.
What to do in order to optimize my cables performance?
Start by using properly our the pastra advanced antistatic cleaner. Continue by reading carefully our methods of handling cables. Finally use some isolators, as all audio cables tend to sound better when kept a few centimeters (or inches) away from all the other cables and the floor. For more information please see our manuals.
Are "mamalos" cables already burn-in?
All our cables are already factory "burn-in", however they perform better after a period of time. For more information please see our manuals. Because the "mamalos" conductors have the least possible contact with the insulation material, thus very little dielectric material surrounding them, there is less to "burn-in".
What about the return policy?
If a cable is damaged or somehow does not work properly please contact your local distributor as soon as possible. All our cables have lifetime warranty against manufacturing defect.
Are the "mamalos" cables sensitive in use?
No, they are as sensitive as any other audio cables. However "mamalos" cables are delicate, scientifically designed products; so, handle with care for optimum performance and durability.

Can I bi-wire my speakers using "mamalos" cables?
Of course, if you consider that bi-wiring has some significant benefits. However, we recommend that you first order a single speaker cable pair so that you realize what the "mamalos" cables are capable of. After a period of time you can buy a second pair to bi-wire.
Nevertheless how difficult is to bi-wire my speakers?

Can I use different lengths of speaker cables?
Yes, you can. Since the "mamalos" cables have the minimum possible dielectric material, because the conductors have the least possible contact with the insulation material, running different lengths has not been a problem. However, we recommend that you use the same lengths in expensive Hi-End systems.
What bananas speaker connectors do you use?
We use corrosion resist, 24K gold plated finish solid copper bananas that are specifically made for high performance. Each Banana offers secure contact with speakers binding posts. They don't look impressive though.
Is it possible to adjust spade speaker connectors?
Yes, please specify when ordering. Contact your local distributor or dealer for more information.
